My husband and I wanted to share with you how wonderful our experience has been with Amanda Smith. Amanda recently helped us sell our home on Kachess River Road in Easton as well as helping us to purchase property on Bettas Road in Cle Elum. Hello, I just wanted to leave a glowing review for Amanda, who sold a cabin in the Teanaway to me last month. 

I can't say enough positive things about her! She was extremely accommodating in showing me several places as soon as I learned about them, in various locations around the County. She was clearly invested in understanding what I was looking for, and when I found it, she did everything possible to sell the place to me efficiently and painlessly, including patiently walking me through the process, kindly holding me accountable for my responsibilities, offering advice about managing the house and necessary improvements, putting me in touch with other people who could help with things like firewising, and just generally sharing my enthusiasm during what could have been a stressful time. Amanda is clearly very smart, handy, organized, experienced, and a great communicator. I feel really lucky to have worked with her and would recommend her to anyone buying a home around here, large or tiny and remote! :)
